For around a year I wrote a beauty blog avidly, and for another year I updated it sporadically, eventually moving completely away from beauty and posting about life in general. Since beginning that blog, however, my life has changed greatly and I felt that (as is often the case) a fresh start may just be the right way to go. Which led me to this moment, writing this first paragraph of my new blog.
